There'a a wealth of golf courses in the Largs area,
from Greenock to Millport, from Kilbirnie to Troon,
making Largs an excellent base for a golfing holiday,
or even just for an itinerant golfer to live in.
There's also two putting courses at Mackerston and the Vikingar,
and little used crazy golf
by the boating pond at Aubrey Crescent.
